Ingredients

  • 1 c coarse ground black pepper
  • ½ c Kosher salt or sea salt
  • 4 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp Frank's Red Hot powder (for some heat)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well. Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place.
