XBox 360

I am buying a used XBox 360 tonight from somebody local. It’s got a modified firmware in the DVD drive. Of course, today is the day that Microsoft began banning users with modified firmware. Perfect timing. :-) I don’t have any copied games and I don’t know if I care to. Hopefully I’ll be able to flash the DVD-ROM firmware back to the original without any problems. I guess I’ll be playing Gears of War, that I got today, while not hooked up to the net for a while…

I’ll probably go pick up Guitar Hero II tomorrow as I had a ton of fun playing that when I visited Orem. Thomas and I can rock out all weekend! :-)

UPDATE: Got the 360 and it works like a champ. Just need to get another wireless controller and pick up some games. Gears of War is pretty darn cool…

UPDATE #2: Picked up Guitar Hero II and Thomas and I had a rockin’ good time tonight with it!
