Thomas likes to make a drink when we go to Baja Fresh that is a mish-mash of basically everything they offer at the soda fountain. When I asked him what it was called, he came up with the name “Enchidia Speed”. He doesn’t know why he called it that, it was simply something that came to him on the spur of the moment. It consists of equal parts of:
* Diet Pepsi
* Pepsi
* Fruit Punch
* Mountain Dew
* Mountain Dew Code Red
* Root Beer
* Salsa Verde (just a touch)
To me, it tastes a bit like cherry cough syrup. But Thomas and Jacob swear by it. I don’t much care for the taste, but I simply love the name. Make yourself some next time you are at a self-serve soda bar and hoist a cup of “Enchidia Speed”!
